1. Use of Services
Gridprop Concierge™ operates as an introducer and referral service. We connect users with licensed third-party professionals (e.g., real estate agents, mortgage brokers, property consultants).
We do not provide legal, financial, investment, migration, or real estate advice. We do not manage funds, close deals, or act as agents on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that this is the case.
3. Third-Party Relationships
Introductions made through our platform are between users and independent third-party professionals. Gridprop Concierge™ does not endorse, monitor, or guarantee the performance or qualifications of any referred party.
You agree that any decision to engage or transact with a referred professional is solely your responsibility.
4. No Guarantee or Offer
We make no promise or guarantee that an introduction or referral will result in any outcome, transaction, investment, or return. We do not warrant the availability, suitability, or quality of any referred professional or service.
5. Compensation
Gridprop Concierge™ may receive compensation if a referred user proceeds with a transaction involving a referred professional. We do not charge users upfront fees for introductions or access to the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, website design, and service marks on the platform are the property of Gridprop Concierge™ or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, reuse, copy, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity or purpose when using the Services.
Interfere with the operation of the website or Services.
Collect or store information about other users without permission.
Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridprop Concierge™ is not liable for any:
Losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Services.
Issues, conduct, or omissions of third-party professionals.
Delays, service interruptions, or technical errors on the website.
All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gridprop Concierge™, its directors, affiliates, and staff from any claims, liabilities, damages, and legal fees arising out of:
Your use of the Services;
Your dealings with referred professionals;
Any breach of these Terms by you.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, cyber attacks, or government restrictions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or disrupts the platform. You may also stop using the Services at any time.
12. Privacy
Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Services will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
14. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith through informal negotiation or mediation.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
